Along the inlet pipe (W) 4, the suspension is fed to a device containing two transporting nets (TS), which are angled at an angle, to deposit the suspension. The invention relates to the tobacco industry and can be used in the recovery of a tobacco film from an aqueous suspension of finely ground tobacco waste particles.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the obtained film by preventing its separation.
FIG. 1 shows a device for producing a reconstituted tobacco double layer film, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - the upper part of the device during the supply of material, increased; in fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the displacement body with an additional collector, a plan view; Fig, 4 - the same, side view.
The device has two angularly movable transporting grids 1 for sedimentation of the suspension, a wedge-shaped displacement body 2 vertically arranged between them, vacuum boxes 3 mounted under the grids 1 and a suspension nozzle 4 in the upper part of the displacing body 2 suspensions limited by the beads 6 with horizontal upper edges 7. It is preferable to implement the device, in which the beads 6 of the recess 5 have beveled sections 8 directed outwards towards the transporting network 1.
It is advisable to place the outlet 9 of the supply pipe 4 below the upper edge of the beads 6.
The inlet pipe 4 may be in communication with a horizontal tubular manifold 10 located inside the displacement body 2. In addition, the inlet pipe 4 may be made with stepwise increasing: internal diameter to the outlet 9. It is advisable. Also to provide the device with flaps 11 installed with the possibility of moving in the vertical plane above the sides of the recess 5. It is possible to make the n -1high end of the displacing body 2 with a groove communicated with the additional collector 12.

When the device is in operation, the water suspension of finely ground particles of tobacco othov through the inlet 4 enters the recess 5 of the wedge-shaped displacing body 2. The displacement body 2 is made with a recess 5 and sides 6 whose bevels are directed into the side of the grids 1 and the location of the outlet of the nozzle 4 below the upper edge of the beads 6 allows the suspension to flow evenly and eliminate the formation of bubbles by supplying the suspension to the area under its surface in the recess 5. The inlet 4 is run in incremental steps vayuschims to the outlet 9 and an inner diameter of connection pipe 4 to the horizontal tubular manifold 10 disposed inside the expelling of the body 2, allows to minimize the flow turbulence of slurry. The presence of valves 11 that are mounted to move in a vertical plane above the sides of the recess 5, allows you to adjust the flow of the suspension to the grids 1. Performing the lower end of the displacing body 2 with a groove communicating with the secondary header 12 allows you to return rich solid particles of tobacco suspension, passed the first vacuum duct 3, on the part of the grid 1, where the density of the film consistency allows you to further filter this suspension.
